WE SPECIALIZE IN

TPO

TPO

TPO or Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roof System is a single ply membrane that comes in varying widths (60 mil and 80 mil are most common though the latter is more common for large commercial properties). It comes in large rolls (6’, 10’, or 12’ wide) and the membrane covers the entire surface of the roof including parapet walls. White is the most produced color though other colors in gray and tans are available depending on the manufacturer. TPO is effective because of its limited maintenance (it does not require any topical application) but moreso, a well installed TPO roof system can last upwards to 30 years.

EPDM

EPDM

EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) widely used in low-slope buildings in the United States and worldwide. Its two primary ingredients, ethylene and propylene, are derived from oil and natural gas. EPDM is available in both black and white, and is sold a broad variety of widths, ranging from 7.5 feet to fifty feet, and in two thicknesses, 45 and 60 mils. EPDM can be installed either fully adhered, mechanically attached or ballasted, with the seams of the roofing system sealed with liquid adhesives or specially formulated tape. As long as it’s installed properly, you can expect to get around 25 to 30 years out of a fully adhered 0.060 thickness EPDM roof. Just know, putting a lifespan of 25 or 30 years on an EPDM roof is great, but it doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get this many years out of it.

Ceramic

Ceramic Shingles

Concrete and clay tile outlast most other roofing materials, with manufacturers offering warranties of 50 years or more.

Asphalt

Asphalt Shingles

Most asphalt shingles last between 15 and 30 years – based on your area’s weather and climate. Architectural (dimensional) shingles last from 20 to 30 years. This is because they’re made with thicker, more high-quality materials and are designed to withstand more wear and tear over time. Dimensional shingles are composed of two layers. Both layers are composed of asphalt and fiberglass. This thick two-layer construction may give them an advantage in weather-resistance.

Metal_Shingles

Metal Roof Shingles

Unlike asphalt, composition and wood shingles that begin to wear and fail soon after they are installed, Steel Shingles offer a lifetime of beauty and protection. By combining the familiar look of shingles with the unparalleled performance of metal roofing. Steel shingles will never rot, warp, or become waterlogged, and they’re virtually immune to fire. They are engineered to withstand high winds, resist hail damage, and shed snow efficiently. You won’t have to worry about a thing for the life of your roof!

Vinyl_Siding

Vinyl Siding

Vinyl siding is designed to withstand weather and resist moisture damage.

Hardie

Hardie Board

Hardie Board siding is not only durable, but it’s also long-lasting. It has a longer lifespan than almost every other siding material option available. Fiber cement will never rot, and it doesn’t buckle or warp

Gutter-Installation

Seamless Gutters

K-style gutters are the most common style for homes in North America. Their slick look complements modern architecture, and they catch significantly more water than the half-round style. They typically come in two sizes: 5″ or 6″. 5k gutters with 2″x3″ downspouts are the most common in North America. They can handle a lot of rainwater and are the perfect style and size for most homes. They’re lightweight and can be installed seamlessly. 6k gutters are similar to 5k in every way, with the main difference being size. 6k gutters are capable of collecting more water than 5k, and the standard 3″x4″ downspouts for 6k gutters drain faster than 2″x3″ downspouts.
